Her professional background spans luxury brand sales, PR and marketing, including her corporate career at LVMH.
Combining personal finance expertise, business experience and human insight, she helps people answer: “How much is enough? Am I making the best use of what I have?” Her goal is to help people turn their wealth into greater security, freedom and meaningful life choices. Grace is a Certified Family Wealth Instructor and Trust Planner, and a Senior Wealth Management Manager & Pension Consultant.

Louise has been telling stories for a living since her early days as a journalist. She then developed a niche in the creative industries and contemporary culture, and later became an award-winning Creative Director, leading the development of brand communications campaigns for the multi-year rebrand of the Cathay Pacific Group and the repositioning of multiple blue chip firms.
After seven years as Apple’s first Head of Programming in Greater China for the celebrated Today at Apple initiative, she’s established Creative City as an active conduit between the worlds of corporate and culture, through branding & communications strategy, new business development, partnerships and curated experiences.
Louise collaborates with individuals and organisations as a Brand & Communications Strategist, Creative Director and Cultural Programmer to create experiences that resonate.

Charlotte Chen Pienaar is the Founder and Principal of Capera Advisory. She works as a fractional COO, building AI operating systems that connect the tools, teams, and processes behind founder-led businesses.
She studied Economics at New York University and built a career across finance (KPMG NY, Macquarie Capital), technology, and marketing, serving as CMO for a 500 Global-backed consumer startup before founding and scaling her own international consumer brand as a solo CEO, running a fully remote team across seven departments.
She built Capera from that experience, delivering the system she wished she'd had: one connected layer across tools, teams, and processes, so growth stops running through one person.

Which day should I choose?
Pick the date that works for you. The same program runs on both days.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

The AI sessions start with daily tasks and assume no technical background. If you already use AI, you’ll learn the strategic framework to support your goals and outcomes.
What if I can’t make it?
You may transfer to another person, select another date or apply the credit to upcoming Creative City workshops.
